It all began with his mind. This was where his true power lay.

The slightest idea would burst magnificently into life at the slightest twitch. If he imagined fire, flames would appear. If he imagined happiness, people around him would smile. If he imagined pain…

He had learnt to control his mind over the years, manipulating his incredible powers to serve whatever purpose. Today, though, he was angry. If he imagined anger, chaos would ensue…

He was the one that brought wonder and peace to this city, he swore an oath to never use his powers for evil, but yet people still distrust him. Some people think he is trying to control us, but all he ever did was help this city become only so wonderful… well that was two years ago, now we lived in fear, if we ever fall out of order something bad will happen. Some people lived their lives running and hiding. You want to know how it happened? I’ll tell you, it was two years ago, there was a plot to kill the magician. People who are jealous of his powers also fear it. So they plotted to kill him. They broke into his house, and murdered him in his sleep, but from that day on, the magic has turned angry and sad. The people who were behind his murdered were cursed, and turned into nothing more but mere white mice. The magic has turned wild, they casted a barrier so no one can leave, and crazy things happen every day. But the council have a solution, a loophole, a way to fix everything...

The sky was dark blue and faded into a purplish color, the waterfalls dropped down into infinity.The airships were flying in and out of the city like birds. The low gravity pulls things upwards. People could fly through the air, but no one knows how they contained the gravity inside the city. The stars hung above and sparkled like crystals. They were scattered around like pieces of shattered glass.

Stranded on a deserted island DLO

This week for reading, we are researching about what to do if we were stranded on a deserted island.

1.  Find drinkable water

2. Build shelter

3. Build a fire

4. Find food 

5. Make a rescue signal

6. Wait for rescue 

Avoid white and yellow berries,

Avoid mushrooms and fungus,

Don’t drink sea water because salt will just make you more thirsty and it won’t hydrate you, and stay away from the beach because the sand can absorb sunlight and the sand might be very hot and it will dehydrate you. And it is very important to keep calm and not panic when you're stranded but I know it will be impossible not to, so if you are stranded try get some work done while crying that saves a lot of time.

(You can build a rescue signal before everything else if you want)

Boil your water before drinking it (if possible), because you don’t know what kind of germs the water have in them.

and you can find water inside fruits, plants and vegetables, you can catch your food like fishes, oysters, crabs and birds.
